FAQs

How many homes will we see?Â
Typically, we will see 7-9 “Hand-Picked” homes that appear to have the potential to be great deals.

How long is the tour?
Approximately 6 hours, depending how close the houses are to each other. Â

What days do you normally have tours?Â
We typically tour of Fridays and Saturdays.

Are the homes available for purchase? Most are available for sale immediately or you can make an offer. Â

Are they all banked owned? No, some are pending short sales where you make an offer on a home that is in “Pre-Foreclosure”. Some are investor owned that were purchased as a foreclosure and they are willing to sell them at a wholesale price.
Every now and then, we sprinkle in a home that has great potential from a motivated seller.
Â

How much does the tour cost? Typically, we charge $97 dollars for our tours, but since the tours are ran by independent sponsors, the prices may vary. Â
 Â

What if I am not happy with the tour or I want my money back? What’s the refund policy? This is what we offer our participants. Ride on one of our tours and if you’re not happy with what you see before the lunch break, let us know and we’ll refund 100% percent of your money. No questions asked…no reasons needed. We advise you to ask the tour host about the policy because they are independently run.

What if I do not see my city listed on your tour schedule? Join our mailing list to receive updates on our upcoming tour schedule and our ongoing training programs. Â

Are kids allowed on the tour?
Sorry, but not at this time. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring children on the tour. If you find a home that you like, we will be happy to set up an individual appointment for your family to view the home.

How much work is needed to fix up foreclosure?
This varys. Many of the homes that we tour are in move-in condition. Some of the homes will need some rehab work. We typically have a contractor on the tour to assist with rehab costs.
